Changes made from 0.9.6 to 1.0.0 were various bug fixes.  No major functionality has been added.
Code is tested, hardened, and workd across all 4 major browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Safari)

- Test works in safari & opera.  There was an issue with testing ajax because the calling window sets the base for XMLHttpRequests.
- JavaScriptMVC tests work for all 4 major browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Safari) on windows and are commented.
